Jason Zuffranieri 15th Win, Fifth-Highest Winnings In Game Show’s History.
Jason Zuffraneiri’s “Jeopardy!” winning streak just keeps on going!
On Thursday, the math teacher from Albuquerque, New Mexico, won his 15th consecutive game, bringing his total winnings to date to $418,343.
This puts him in fifth place when it comes to the all-time highest regular season winnings, placing him well within range of Julia Collins (in fourth place with winnings of $428,100) and Dave Madden (third place with winnings of $430,400).
However, Zuffranieri has a way to go if he wants to unseat the top two: second-place record-holder James Holzhauer, with winnings of $2,462,216, and all-time champ Ken Jennings, who remains in first place with a total of $2,520,700.
Fans will find out if his winning streak continues when Zuffranieri faces off against two new challengers in Friday’s episode of “Jeopardy!”
