Anthony Szeto of Hacienda Heights died on the scene of the 12:20 p.m. crash on Turnbull Canyon Highway, simply south of Skyline Drive, in accordance with California Freeway Patrol and Los Angeles County Division of Medical Examiner-Coroner officers. He turned 18 three days earlier than the crash.
