“The remark by the president is fairly disgusting and fairly hurtful,” John Clune, legal professional for accuser Deborah Ramirez, instructed ABC Information chief anchor George Stephanopoulos on “Good Morning America” Wednesday.

Ramirez, 53, is a former Yale College classmate of Kavanaugh’s and his second accuser of sexual assault. Numerous Republicans have questioned the credibility of the newest allegation by Ramirez.

“I learn the New Yorker article, it is fairly skinny. Nobody else remembered any of it. That is actually kinda getting carried away. It is feeling extra like a circus,” Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker mentioned.

President Donald Trump has questioned the accusations towards Kavanaugh, saying the claims are “completely unsubstantiated” and are greater than 30 years outdated.

When requested if Ramirez needs to be allowed to testify, Trump mentioned she “has nothing” and pointed to reminiscence gaps: “She mentioned she was completely inebriated and he or she was all tousled.”

“And now a brand new cost comes out and he or she doesn’t know that it’s him however it may have been him, oh gee, let’s not make him a Supreme Courtroom Justice?” Trump mentioned mockingly, talking of Ramirez.
